Just played my first game with this cue and ended up potting off the break so have to say this cue is magic! I’ve been using an old one that I got from family and it has improved my game straight away. It hits the spot every time and weighs nicely as well. The towel is an addition I’ve never thought of and the extension is another nice addition. For the price it feels and cues incredibly definitely worth the purchase!

I opted for the cheaper option and bought my own accessories with the intention of buying a better one at a later date if necessary. But no need. The £60 walnut cue is a great cue! And I doubt I'll need to upgrade unless I begin to take my game far more seriously.

One of the decent ones. Have seen. For any player go for this one. The cue stick arrive in time for my game. The cue was in fantastic condition with a good feel when holding it.

Sadly not good cue clunked top half was weak had to return it might be zone off ,,, hope so

Had the cue since February , played a shot and tip completed fell off - only play once a week - gave a good review when i bought it but the tip must have been faulty

I purchased one of these cues in november last year, sadly after a few weeks the cue became warped. I returned it through the amazon return service. After a while of using my old cue again I decided that I would give the cuesoul one another go. I purchased a 2nd cue, the same type as the first one. The 2nd one played well, however after nearly 4 months it developed the same problem as the first one. It was out of the return window with Amazon so I contacted the manufacturer directly. After some back and fourth they said they wouldn't accept the return as I had owned it for 4 months. They also accused me of trying to get refunds without returning items. I advised them that Amazon won't refund unless they receive the item. I then spoke to Amazon again and they then accepted the return. Well done Amazon for your customer service! Cuesoul, you need to take a crash course in customer relations, you can't just go throwing accusations of fraud at your customers, absolutely disgusting behaviour!! Avoid this company!!

Great pool cue, good value for money. Impressed and would recommend.

Great cue but it did not arrive with telescopic extension as advertised

Ha una punta sottile da 9 mm, poco usata in Italia, ma è utilizzabile benissimo anche su biliardi nostrani per giocare a qualsiasi gioco, sia con palle da carambola che da italiana. Leggera in punta, va controllata per non steccare quando si vuol dare effetti spinti

The product arrived opened and dented, I was disappointed but it appeared as if the problem occurred during delivery. The package was tampered with.
