Yes it is clearly marked on the container "3in 1 emollient, bath additive and skin cleanser SLS Free" Bob Naik.

A few months ago I bought this for 7:99 anyone know why the price has increased so dramatically?

This is a bigger pot. The £7:99 one I’m sure is for the smaller size pot. This will last you along time it’s huge .

Has anybody used this as baby shampoo? My baby's scalp is sensitive and dry

No, but suitable for babies and children

Can i apply this on my dry head/scalp like blackheads

If you are implying " does it gives you blackheads" Then no, I doubt it will, as lond as you wash your regularly, It is a bit like a Vaseline textur soap that you can work into a lather with water, then clean your skin with it and it will moisturize at the same time!! I do use it on the edge of my scalp because I suffer from dry skin there!
