it depends on your zinc level, if you drop a couple of drops onto your tongue and it taste nice or of nothing then your body is deficient in zinc. If it tastes hideous you have enough zinc. take until it tastes absolutely horrid. hope that helps.

How long does 1 bottle last?

There is 15mg of zinc per serving, which is 100% of the RDA we recommend. There are 100 servings in each bottle, so each bottle should last approximately 100 days, assuming normal use.

I've read the sulphate form of Zinc doesnt have great absorption, does that change here when its ionized?

It is elemental zinc that is sourced from zinc sulfate. "Ionic" refers to the process by which our minerals are formulated so that they have an extremely small particle size, allowing for maximum absorbability at the cellular level.

Hi, is there really mold in the bottle? can somebody explain why its on sale so?

Mold in the bottle? Not sure where that information came from but I have not noticed any in my bottle. Didn’t know it was on sale, I bought mine a few months ago.
