This sauce is great for Korean dishes and for bibimbap especially. You can put together a really quick meal just some veggies, maybe meat or an egg, and some rice and mix it all through with this sauce. Really easy. Really tasty. Reasonably priced too and good value for money. It’s a little spicy (a plus for me but my partner struggles with it). There’s also an unfortunate habit of it gunking up the pour spout which is unfortunate but easily remediable. Not authentic or tasty. This is made for export only. My Korean wife has never seen it in Korea before. We tried, and won't buy again.

It is a simple way of Korean traditional sauce made by a traditional Korean sauce company based in Korea with a long history. It is a nice Bibimbab/bibim sauce but you should know it has Yuzu inside. So spicy but refreshing. Taste could be a bit different to the very traditional one due to the citrus flavour. Still a great sauce.
