Splendid seeds
I don't pretend to be an expert on how chia seeds are grown, harvested, processed and stored, but the final product I received in the bag seems to be very good. There is certainly no debris or detritus in the bag and the seeds looked fresh on arrival in a good quality, resealable bag. The only comparison I have is with Naturya Chia Seeds 300 g , which are the only chia seeds I have bought other than these. One clearly noticeable difference is that these Sevenhills chia seeds seem to have far more light coloured seeds among them, while the Naturya ones seemed predominantly dark in colour. Does this make a difference? Which is better; light or dark seeds? Is this a random thing that differs from batch to batch? I must admit that I do not know the answer to these questions but perhaps other people do. I can only comment on the taste and texture of these Sevenhills chia seeds, which did not seem much different to the Naturya other than perhaps being slightly milder in taste. The photograph of the nutritional information label in the product listing is accurate, which is not always the case with products like these. Compared to the Naturya seeds, these Sevenhills ones are higher in calories and fat, while being significantly higher in protein but significantly lower in fibre. People can make up their own minds about that, but it is does imply that not all brands of chia seeds are equal. As far as I'm concerned, the taste and texture of these seeds is more than acceptable, and the nutritional value is high. The price per kilo at the time of writing makes them the best value for money chia seeds I have come across. Therefore I don't see any reason not to recommend them and I shall certainly be purchasing them again. Crucially when purchasing such a large quantity, the best before date was 32 months away on the date of delivery.

good value
I'm a big fan of chia seeds as they are so good for you. There are many benefits to eating chia seeds such as: they act as a natural appetite suppressant, they are a great source of protein and they are just packed with nutrients. There are also so many uses for these seeds such as an egg substitute in baking, in smoothies, in porridge etc. I ordered a 2kg bag of chia seed which should last me for a long time. They come in a good quality, resealable bag and the seeds themselves don't expire for quite a while. For such a big bag, it's great value for money and I would definitely buy again once I've used them all up.

Excellent value for money
Absolutely brilliant! Amazing value for money, they come in a resealable bag so no need to decant unless you want to, the quality is excellent and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The best before date is a long way off, February 2023 sp plenty of time to use them do they will, I am positive be fine after that date if needed as they are a dry food. It will take me a while to get through them but I will most definitely repurchase when I do need more. I would recommend these to anyone who wants chia seeds and uses them often, although they can be purchased is smaller amounts if you want less and still be good value. Thank you.

Nature's NHS
Saw an article on these a few months ago and was impressed by what was said. Apparently they have an abundance of goodies built into their miniscule frame , the results of which seem to be too good to be true, and you know what they say about being too good to be true? One of the benefits was stated as lowering blood pressure, something I've never had a problem with, to my knowledge, but, it's termed as the silent killer because it doesn't give you many indications that things aren't as good as they should be before turning off the light. Recently I needed a hip replacement as I'm apparently getting on a bit. Part of this was a health mot prior to meeting General Anaesthetic, and this showed my blood pressure was not playing ball. I've always been active, but as we get older most of us are not as active as we should be, or want to be. After all, retirement is supposed to be a time to take it easy. The result seems to be that my blood pressure was sufficiently high to be referred to the anaesthetist who would be officiating during the op. She did her magic, and hey presto 6 months later I'm springing about like a spring lamb. Well, a lamb dressed as mutton. Then I saw the write up on the above and decided that for a minimal outlay, the seeds and a blood pressure meter, I could keep an eye on what was going on better than having to have a regular test at my GP, especially as thanks to the Pandemic my GP is not too keen to see me , or anyone at the moment, unless absolutely necessary, and I wouldn't have to partake of strenuous exercise, which is another way to lower blood pressure. As I've said, retirement is a time to take it easy. Having Googled what needs to be done I find that the Italians make a delicious drink with these and lemon juice, which not only helps reduce blood pressure but it also helps detox. Win win. So, 5 weeks ago I started. 2 heaped tablespoons of seed to 500ml of water flavoured heavily with lemon juice. The result? From a blood pressure of 161 over 83 I'm now 120 over 80, which apparently is good. As a variant any flavouring can be used, even apple cider vinegar with the "mother," which I don't particularly recommend. Needless to say my initial kilo of seed didn't last long so I looked round for a good price for a bulk buy and these guys were the winner, beating even ebay hands down, and with Amazon's local pick up facility I get to walk a little way to collect, so get some gentle exercise as well. Win win. Should have enough to last a while, but, as they seem to do what it says on the tin, they may even prolong the old life span. So as Arnie says, "I'll be back."

Great Product, shocking delivery
I ordered 2 items from Sevenhills and they arrived in a box that was simply chucked over my garden fence! Luckily nothing breakable but this courier should be banned. I was home as well, they didn't try to deliver to the house. On a plus note, the chia seeds are great, will keep me going for a while, good price too.

Excellent product.
Fantastic product - good quality and worth the money. If you are pregnant and looking to add fiber to your diet but you are scared to buy, don't be! It will say on the package that if pregnant ask a health professional. I'm 39, pregnant with the 2nd baby. Suffered terrible constipation with 1st pregnancy and sweet cravings- My stomach is also very sensitive - I have absolutely no problem with chia seed. It helps to go go even more than once. I put it in coconut milk (no added sugar version) with some sweetener overnight. Morning perfect breakfast helps sweet craving! I would recommend it!

SUPERFOOD
Today I want to review the Sevenhills Wholefoods Raw Chia Seeds. At first I wasn't sure If I should buy them, because they were so much cheaper form other brands. But I bought a 300g Bag and was very surprised. The quality is very good. How did I used them? - 100g Overnight Oats - 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds - 2 Bananas - 1 Apple Try it out. This is a perfect breakfast. It is simple and covers almost all vitamins, fats and acids already in the morning. Its very satisfying and delicious to. I already ordered the next bag, since this is my new Superfood.

Excellent value, excellent results.
Excellent seeds, excellent value. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my general health; my fingernails are much stronger and my energy levels have increased. I advise caution when first introducing chia seeds to a diet — they have a big impact. I took the general advice to increase fluid intake but, even so, I suffered from slight headaches for a couple of weeks at first, which I put down to a healing crisis so in a bizarre way, this was a good thing. At first, only half a teaspoon consumed daily was enough for me to be amazed at the amount of energy I had each day. I'm now having about a teaspoon daily with my muesli. Some people say these seeds should be ground to obtain maximum benefits but I'm not bothering to do so and still find they have made a remarkable difference to my general wellbeing.
