I bought this bread maker for my granddaughter so I can’t recommend from my experience. But my granddaughter loves it and uses it frequently and makes different kinds of bread.

Does the aluminum bread pan have a Teflon coating?

His was a gift for my granddaughter so don’t know personally. I checked with her and she said the bread slides out leaving the pan very clean and so yes it’s probably Teflon coated.

How to remove the paddles ?

You just pull it straight up.. lightly wiggly it as you pull, can be a very tight fit when new. Also don't be alarmed if when you pull your done bread loaf out and paddle cubes out with it LOL, just pull it out of the bread hope this helps
