What is cold brew coffee?

Cold brew coffee is a brewing method where coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for an extended period, typically 12 to 24 hours, resulting in a smooth, less acidic coffee concentrate.

How is cold brew different from iced coffee?

Cold brew is made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water, while iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled down with ice. Cold brew tends to have a smoother and less acidic taste.

What kind of coffee beans are best for cold brew?

Coarse-ground, medium to dark roast beans are often recommended for cold brew. The coarse grind helps extract flavors slowly during the extended steeping process. That is why Stone Street cold brew coffee is your best option.

How should I store cold brew coffee?

Store cold brew coffee in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can last up to two weeks if stored properly.

Is cold brew only served over ice?

While cold brew is often served over ice, it can also be mixed with water or milk. Some people prefer it diluted. You can even use hot water or milk to create a hot cup of coffee. It retains its unique flavor profile when heated.
