Can I use Sterno type gel fuel ? Those cans do not fit, but can I safely scoop it out and put it in the fire pit can?

Use ONLY isopropyl alcohol 70% to 91%, bio-ethanol or specifically designed Gel cans in this Pit. If your gel cans do not fit the pit, i would make a suggestion if i may. Find any stainless steel container that fits the diameter, (opening) of where the container sits if you want to use your Gel! .. Do NOT scoop out the gel from your can ,and put into the container that is solely meant for Bio-ethanol or the isopropyl alcohol. It is lined, and only meant for the fuels mentioned above. Besides. Isopropyl alcohol is much more economical rather than Gel fuel. Enjoy your Fire pit. I hope this helped you!

What size (diameter) of replacement fuel can will this take?
