Perfect for ceilings the don't have room for standard recessed lighting. - I purchased and installed three of these LED Recessed Ceiling Light Disk - 6" in a basement hallway where there was not enough room for a standard or low profile can light due to a HVAC duct. I have installed many HALO recessed lights before but I have to say I like these MUCH better! They only require about a 1" clearance and are very bright and super easy to install. Note: Recommend you also purchase standard romex connectors same as used with HALO recessed lighting (not included - one each per light) to hold the electrical wire in place where it connects to the light box.
