Love this brand of Omega supplment. No fishy burps. Mental I am doing alot better remembering things. They do not smell. I have not suffered any bad sideffects from taking this supplment. I prefer a supplment that is plant based , condering my diet is the same.

I’ve been reading up on longevity. I’ll spare you the whole story, but omega 3 supplements are proven to be healthful additions to one’s regime. These checked my boxes, in that they are vegan, non GMO, and gluten free. Are they helping me live longer? Well, so far, so good. I don’t perceive much taste and they are easy to swallow with water. I also get no adverse reactions. I’m happy, highly recommended.

Yes, the label shows it has carrageenan as an ingredient. However, there has not been one true, double blind study at the time of this review (2026-08-18) that I or Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT can find that shows that carrageenan causes cancer or any type of adverse effects in a human. Other then some with IBS see a flare up. If you don't have IBS, you don't have much to worry about. In fact, if you people would actually use some of that gray matter, aka., common sense, you would know that not just carrageenan, or algae or for that matter, even fish-oil produced Omega-3 can cause GI upset, but almost anything you eat can cause some humans to have GI-upset. From bread, to spicy food, to different cooking oils. And for the donkey (or the other word that I would like to use) that says he had fish burps from this product. SERIOUSLY! Wow, it's amazing how some people make it through this world with no common sense. This is an algae base product. It's not produced from any type of fish! There are no aldehydes in algae based omega-3's. You may still have a burp just like with any fatty oil, such as with vegetable oil, grape seed oil, peanut oil etc., but the fish taste is not there. There are no aldehydes or keytones in algae based omega-3's. And for the carrageenan! Again, not one double blinded study. So...if you are so worried about carrageenan, I guess you better cut out all table sugar (white grain sugar), even the slightest of burned toast or any type of bread, once the bread its been caramelized a bit. As a small study did show that burnt toast (bread) "could" be carcinogenic...oh no, no more toast in the morning! Come on folks...Use some common sense! You went to school. You can read and research. Discover for your self what is actually FACTUAL by an actual study from a University that has not been sponsored (paid for) by any affiliate of the so called product. That said, the pill size is small and easy to swallow. I have taken nearly an entire bottle with absolutely NO side effects. For energy, and skin improvement, I can't say I have seen any improvements. But, from my research, it really doesn't show up until after the third to six month. I'm giving my self twelve months. And then I will provide an update. An no, I have no affiliate of this product or for that matter any product on Amazon. Just a scientist that can read, write, research for himself, that lives in a small mountain town in the high mountains of Colorado.

I bought this brand because it was on sale. I like that there is no smell or taste after you swallow it. I tried a few different brands and this one is just as good as the pricey brands.

This supplement has zero flavor, even after having consumed it. It is also odorless. For $8 and some scents, I find it to be a great value for a 30 day supply. I think this supplement is excellent quality because with consistent use for over three months, I’ve noticed the health benefits of cognitive improvement, as well as less irritability when going through PMS. Each pill is small enough to swallow without gagging. Please Note: Although the serving size on the back of the bottle says three pills and that there’s 20 servings, one doesn’t have to take three pills daily. I take only two a day.

These are good for omega 3. My dr recomended these for me. One thing i do like is that they are smaller than most so its easier for me to take. Theres no fishy after taste.
