Sturdy. Easy to Assemble.
This is a good quality bench, assembled in 5-minutes, folds easily, and is quite sturdy. Seems well-built.

Lightweight easy to put away
My husband loves this because it’s easy to put away and doesn’t take up much space! Its also sturdy and he’s able to get a workout in when he wants.

Great for a small space and smaller people
I am only 5'2," and this bench is great for me. It feels solid, folds if I want, but I have been able to leave it set up in my small workout space. It is pretty narrow, so it may not be for everyone. I only weight about 115lb, and it feels completely stable when I use it. I don't need more than this.

Light and compact, but kind of unstable.
It’s really light and easy to store - but because it’s so light, and the legs are so small, depending on the position it can feel REALLY unstable, so just need to be careful when using it. For the cost, it works well - but if the owners ever read this, extending the feet by even 6 inches could do wonders on another version.

doing the job nicely
nice folding bench for small spaces, i'm 6ft 2" and i fit on this nicely, holds a decent amount of weight without issue and has not given me any problems at all so far. the legs fold in neatly so it can be stored almost flat, easy to unfold them when its time to use again, nice and light as well so moving it around is simple but still stable when you are on it, i would suggest an anti slip mat to help with carpet grip but i have no complaints and enjoy using this bench during my workouts.
