Haven't been taking for long at all but can already feel it's calming effect very soon after I take-thankfully- Have been so stressed lately, well actually quite awhile(lots of changes in my life) And realize come colder weather get more " nuts"- I just got these - Today took just a half and thankfully felt the calming effect-very soon after- Today tried on my little blind dog who has a hard time settling down- circles a lot-(me being more vata have a hard time dealing with) So I thought I'd try her on a half- seems to work so far- I later Googled if dogs could have vata dosha and sure enough she fit in with that- Hope it continues to work- So I recommend-so far-

These honestly work so well, it's scary. Immediately after taking them I become motivated and less stressed / emotional. The only downside is they also upset my stomach and make me really nauseous - a friend of mine takes the Pitta and is having the same issue, so we believe it may be the Brahmi Leaf, which in many cases causes increased bowel movements, stomach cramps, nausea, dry mouth and fatigue. I'm thinking of trying the Vata Digest supplements to go with this and maybe it'll help the nausea, because the Healthy Vata really does work wonders. Edit: I looked into the Vata Digest, but a quick research of the very first ingredient listed (Guggul Resin) says: It can cause side effects such as stomach upset, headaches, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, belching, and hiccups.

These are a magic pill - I’m not kidding. When I take them I can feel a difference in my energy the next day - highly recommend. Love the banyan company🙏💕
