What size flask fits?

At least 2 8oz flask. I use a 16 oz and it fits pretty comfortably. I think a 2nd 16oz might fit but it could possibly make for a tight fit when both flasks are full

Measure around the widest part of your hips

Will the zip pocket fit a iPhone 6+?

It fits my samsung note 8 so I think it should fit an iPhone 6+

could I fit two 500L Salomon soft bottles in this?

I don’t have any personal experience with using those bottles, but I believe I read something about soft bottle storage on the Salomon website.
