I bought this for a friend as I already had it and find it excellent for using whilst watching historical programmes on TV. Very detailed and interesting ,good for children and adults alike and upto date .highly recommended

Ideal for learning who was on the throne during certain dates, or finding out who usurped who and how the direct (and indirect) bloodline affected the monarchy. Great book for pub quizzers! It's a 'read, put down, pick up' book with information and pictures of interest.

A beautiful, informative book. It makes a nice coffee table book and is fun to browse through. Lots of color pictures and illustrations on every page! The inside covers show many coats of arms and the text is up-to-date with King Charles III. As an Anglophile, I love it!
