This is very good hot chocolate my husband enjoys it on cold days he likes the flavor and it does mix very well. It is also sugar-free so that’s what we like about it too. It has a wonderful aroma and the ingredient are very plainly marked on the back of the camp, the texture of the hot chocolate mixes well he also enjoys the flavor.

First point, Rufus says some reviewers talk of it containing corn syrup. That is not listed in the ingredients nor in added sugars, which are 0. I bought this to have a hot chocolatey drink without powdered milk. The taste is smooth, but not tasting of cream. I believe they us creamer...fine with me. I don't drink.this daily and calorie count is correct. Some said that it is weak. I agree just a bit.. Simply add a little more powder. I like it as directed just fine. So far as clumping, I have never had any brand that doesn't have a few clumps. I have tried other zero sugar mixes...most are too sweet. They also have nonfat dry milk. So those product is great and I like it alot.

This Hot Chocolate was good & satisfied my taste buds. I was craving HC but because of diabetes couldn’t use my usual brand. I did make it with milk to make it more creamy. Good taste & chocolate is good.

Awesome! I really like this Sugar-free hot Cocoa. I have tried many and this is a good one. You can make it as chocolatey as you'd like just by adding a little more. You can add hot water or milk. I also use sugar-free mini marshmallows with this they are called shallows by chocolate zero. I buy those right here on Amazon too. This makes for a wonderful cup of hot Cocoa and it's guilt-free! If you want all the decadence of hot Cocoa and marshmallows Without the carbohydrates in calories, this is a great option. 2 thumbs up!

This was a mediocre hot chocolate mix. It tasted just ok and it did not mix well. It had clumps every time I used it. I would have to squish the clumps on the side of my cup. I would not buy this sugar free hot chocolate again.

The instructions suggest using one tablespoon of the mix for every seven ounces of water or milk, which raises some immediate questions about the practicality of such a measurement. Upon my initial attempts, I found that both water and milk required at least three tablespoons to achieve a palatable flavor. This adjustment significantly reduces the number of servings per container to approximately 9.33, which is far less than what one might expect from a product of this nature. The financial implications of this product are also concerning. With a price tag of $16.49 on Amazon, the cost per cup of the powdered hot chocolate escalates to $1.77, not accounting for the additional expense of milk if one chooses to prepare it that way. This pricing structure raises doubts about the overall value of the product, especially when considering the quality of the experience it delivers. The expectation of a delightful hot chocolate is overshadowed by the reality of its high cost and limited servings. Furthermore, the mixing quality of Caffe D'Vita leaves much to be desired. The powder does not dissolve adequately, resulting in unsightly lumps that detract from the overall enjoyment of the beverage. Additionally, the aftertaste is less than satisfactory, further diminishing the appeal of this product. Given these numerous shortcomings, I would strongly advise against making a purchase. It is also worth noting that the product is not eligible for a refund, which complicates matters for those who may wish to seek recourse. I will persist in my efforts to obtain a refund, as I believe it is warranted under the circumstances.

If you want hot chocolate with very low carbs, this is not a bad choice. You might have to stir it a lot in very hot water or milk to get it fully mixed in but if you need a good tasting drink that isn't high-carb and you're fine with taking whatever tastes similar without turning your nose up at how un-sweet this tastes by comparison, this is good.

Very nice taste, much nicer than some others. I did find you need to use a little more than 1tbls. per a 10oz cup, if you want the full flavour. I mixed it with half water, half Almond milk(zero sugar). Don't forget the dab or two of whipped cream on top.
