Can't Go Wrong with Jovial Pasta!!
If you're looking for a low fodmap pasta, this one hits the mark. I've tried a few different brands of gluten-free pastas, but none as good as Jovial makes. If cooked properly, this pasta doesn't turn gluey and it tastes really terrific!

Incredible gluten free, gentle on the gut, and whole grain option. I love buying these in bulk because they don't fall apart like other gluten free pastas.

Excellent taste and texture when cooked long enough!
They make a superior gluten free product but always have the wrong cooking times. So don’t drain until you personally check it by taste!

I love this pasta. It comes out perfect even if you over cook it. I don't like al dente. This is comfort food for me. Wonderful in soups or in a simple homemade sauce.
