I mix this into my morning oatmeal, because of its reported help with blood sugar. The taste is pretty bitter/sour, but by mixing it in, I don't notice it. It's hard to know how well it works, because I have changed other things as well, but I am pleased at this point.

I am a big coffee drinker so I put it in it and had no problem with the taste. It is quite dusty though.
