Solution: Please switch the electric blanket OFF using the controller and remove the power plug from the power socket. Disconnect and reconnect the power connector to the power inlet. Seems you have to actually disconnect everything, both disconnect plug from electric socket and disconnect cord from the pad itself. Wait a few minutes and connect all back again. Hope that works for you
