Good fine motor practice
I bought this for my granddaughter. She is lifted handed and 4. Her preschool teacher told her she cut bad. I bought these to help her improve her cutting skills. She loved them. PS..she is not in that class anymore.

It has lots of things to cut out
I'm not certain if I'd recommend this as an absolute beginner cutting book, but there are a wide variety of shapes to cut out and colour. Gets the job done.

VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES

Easy to follow outlines for cutting for small hands.
My granddaughters just love cutting out so to be able to follow these simple outlines was great fun for them and of course, they enjoyed colouring in afterwards. It encourages hand eye co-ordination and encourages them to be a bit more precise in their cutting out.
