The sound of W20 is very good, it is the best for gaming.

These earphones are great for gaming and in budget but comes at a cost it's "lifetime", usually it runs for 8months to 1 and half year but this time it stopped working and started malfunctioning it's only been 6 months c'mon the quality of hardware is degrading

Used them myself for 2 months and then gave to my brother who is still using them for 10 months. Sound Quality : It is perfect for Gaming !! Balanced Mid and tweaked treble makes sure you won't miss a single sound cue. The bass is sweet and does not overpower the game sound. Comfort : Subjective to individual's own ear size , I was comfortable with it after using bigger size eartips ( provided in the box ) Quality : 1 year use and still as good as now ( used everyday ) Functionality : We use it solely for Gaming where the extra mic works exceptionally well ( as reviewed by my friends in game )

It can be used for gaming. Music lovers can avoid. Sound and vocals are clear but bass is not that much good and deep. Earbuds are made of plastic its look average.

Best for gaming

I bought the W20 Battle Budz Green earbuds, and they stopped working within just four months. They were still under warranty, so I tried to claim it, but I received no response. I created more than four support tickets, emailed them, and even contacted them on WhatsApp. They kept redirecting me in circles—email told me to use WhatsApp, WhatsApp told me to create a ticket on the website, and nothing was ever resolved. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had. I will never buy their products again and would not recommend them to anyone.
