True story: I have been on a low dose statin for semi high cholesterol for 3 years. For at least a year have been having insane muscle pain and body aches unable to sleep well, and take forever to heal from excessive activity. So, I recently read an article that in Japan the Doctors always recommend CoQ10 with cholesterol medication. After some research I decided to go with Qunol 200 mgs. because I had really bad joint pain after my doctor increased my cholesterol medication. After about 2 weeks the pain was almost completely gone. So, I decided that if I must take the meds, I needed something to counteract the negative pain I was getting. Great product.
