I like the bubbly flavor and I think it help in the flue and germ seasons.
I like these Alka-Seltzers that bubble up. Good taste and I have one pill each day during fall and spring to keep the bugs away. As described and does the job for me.

Effective and reliable
This preparation is very effective against cold symptoms, and I always keep some of it in the house. The chlorpheniramine maleate is the best antihistamine for me, and I am happy to find an OTC cold/flu medication that contains it.
