I never had a non-prescription drug/supplement work so quickly and so well. I was pretty skeptical and took it with prednisone when I was puffing my inhaler every half hour and noticed I woke up not feeling short of breath! Took it again without the prednisone and I’m waking up not feeling short of breath. It really works.

I’ve been on a BIPAP machine for an asthma attack once. I thought I might die. I didn’t even have a chance to call my mom to tell her. I’ve been on QVAR 80, montelukast, albuterol rescue, and multiple rounds of prednisone since my diagnosis of adult onset severe persistent asthma at the age of 21. I’m 28 now. I had no idea how to navigate, let alone control, my diagnosis. Things that flaired my asthma: everything. Mostly eggs and wheat, but also everything. Wine made me wheeze the next day, certain foods made me wheeze the next day (sometimes the same day), and I couldn’t be trapped in an elevator with someone wearing a drop of cologne or perfume. I had never lived like this before. It was both frightening and foreign. Let me mention, I’m not an idiot. I know how the body works. I understand the mast cell response. I’m an ER nurse. But, I’m also a human being that didn’t want to be dependent on medication. Why was my body rebelling against my? I’d been fine up until the age of 21. I didn’t want to be sick. Flash forward from 21 to 26. I’d been dabbling with quercatin (a bioflavonoid found in sulfur dense plants like onions and garlic), bromaline (an enzyme found in pineapple rinds), and curcumin (the active component in turmeric. My mind jumped to a very ancient remedy for asthm. Red onion (super dense in quercatin) and honey made into a paste and consumed 2-3 times a day. Hmmmmm, maybe I just didn’t have the combo right of what I needed. Nothing like an internet search to stimulate a new idea. Breathe? I did. After three days of taking breathe as instructed I felt something lift in my chest. The costochondritis that I experienced as a result of my constant coughing still pained me on a deep breath, but the rattle was gone. I laughed so loudly without coughing it brought me to tears. I felt like I did before I got sick, free. For the past two years my inhalers have been collecting dust in a basement drawer. Maybe they are expired? I’m not sure. I haven’t checked. I still have a rescue inhaler in my car and on me at all times, mostly out of habit. I havent used it since I last refilled it from the pharmacy. I get a little congestion and tightness in my chest every now and then during allergy season, but no wheezing. To solve this I take 4 pills upon waking with 16oz of water. I take my breathe every day. If you don’t take it every day it won’t work, but blood pressure pills work the same way. Why not try it? In case you’re wondering, I still don’t eat anything with wheat or eggs. I also avoid nuts, soy, and use more natural detergents and cleaning products. However, I can drink wine without any symptoms now. Breathe? I call it, Live Again.

So I'm disappointed with most supplements I try, as i try something new fairly frequently and move on when it fails. Alas, this product definetly helped my breathing, so I will likely stick with it. It took a week for the effect to be noticeable, so it does work but nothing miraculous or instant. It is also hard to quantify how well it works since I started taking it right in the middle of the flu season peak, and got a cold or at least URI symptoms during that same time. Long story short, I had a terrible manflu last year which lead to a pneumonia with a lingering bronchitis and left me with impaired lung capacity/bronchospasms. So I went from running 5k-15k to barely jogging. While I have been working my way back to running, a week after starting this supplement in the middle of getting sick i surprisingly noticed that I could run instead of jog with regular breathing and my lungs expanding normal (which I couldnt not due the week prior).10 minute miles are back to sub 730 and dropping towards my old normal. Would love to give this a 5 start and I will if my results are sustained. P.S. I use this 2 times a day instead of once and 3 times on days I run so it is a little pricey, but God is it great breathing without issues.

In February i randomly started struggling really bad with breathing. My body was filled with mucus and i had significant shortness of breath. It was so bad i was having trouble sleeping because i couldn’t breathe. I would walk short distances and be gassed. It was impacting my social life as well as my job. I don’t have health insurance and went to the doctor twice and paid out of pocket. They were absolutely no help. I tried literally everything. Shortly after using this it has helped a lot. I am not 100% but it is getting much much better. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence. I guess my body could have just started getting better on its own after 2 months, but it started happening shortly after using this. So i will put some faith in the product. Basically a life saver.

I gave the item a full two weeks to produce results. The results were: I still have my sinus congestion, post nasal drip, phlegm and chronic cough. Does this mean it won't work for you? Well, maybe yes, maybe no. Just as prescription drugs produce different effects on different folks, so do these herbal concoctions. Sorry to tell you this, but the only way you will ever know is to try it. Regardless of where you plan to buy it, I recommend you read the vendor's page on Amazon, which will give you a fair idea what to expect. Make a mental list of what you hope to achieve; then give it an honest try, a week at least, 2 is better; your results may be quite different from mine, but if after 2 weeks nothing has changed, it's probably not going to. Amazon's customer reviews? Yes, but I suggest you look for the Amazon notice, "verified purchase." At least you will know the reviewer has a vested interest. If possible, read several reviews, both raves (5 star) and pans( 1 - 2 star); If several reviews mention the same point, it's probably going to show up for you too. And, of course, if you find a review that you like and sounds honest, remember the name and look for it in the future. I think this is a good quality product, sorry it didn't do the trick for me,

I chose this product because the positive reviews were so specific and people described dramatic and amazing results. To my surprise, they were right! I just took one for the first time and the results were just as the others stated... extremely fast-working and mind-blowing results! I feel like my lungs have expanded to three times their capacity and a lot of my mucus has cleared up. Since this was my first dose, I only took one, but bottle says you can take up to two capsules at one time. However, in my current situation, I see no need for two since the one capsule did an amazing job. The true test is when I start back at work in a week and have to work with a mask on, and in an extreme allergen environment (cigarette smoke, money dust, lots of people). I'll update accordingly, but so far, I am extremely pleased and will be buying more bottles to stock up! Some background for reference: I've had asthma since I was a teenager, but never actually got diagnosed until a couple years ago. While my episodes are somewhat mild and have never needed an emergency rescue inhaler, at my worst, I grow extremely weak due to no oxygen and fall to the floor unable to move but have never fully lost consciousness or stopped breathing altogether. I hope this supplement prevents such episodes from ever happening again. Personally, I refuse the prescription inhalers and antihistamines my doc prescribes because the side effects do not outweigh the benefits. Plus, I prefer more natural and homeopathic supplements over anything else. Told doc and he was understanding and said as long as I find something that works, go for it.

Do not take this unless your going to be near a bath room!! I took one with supper to see my reaction. And I paid dearly. No warning or anything. They also make you very gassy.

This supplement is the epitome of the saying “lives up to its name”. Each ingredient in this capsule is someone effective in helping clear airways and break up mucus. Most notably bromelain, which is the primary enzyme in pineapple and very helpful in eliminating congestion and overabundance of mucus. For starters, this leads to a better immune system. Most notably in my own experience, this supplement goes quite a way towards reducing anxiety because our mental and emotional health is more directly linked to our ability to breathe correctly then we give it credit for. My recommendation is to start off with one capsule in a day for the first two or three. The reason I say so is because bromelain, even as beneficial as it is, can cause slight heart palpitations if you’re not used to taking it so much at once. This is coming from someone who consumes quite a bit of pineapple on a regular basis. When I first started taking Breathe, I was still eating an abundance of pineapple every day. I do research on every supplement before I buy it, along with the benefits and side effects of each ingredient. I did experience some slight fluttering of the heart upon laying down to rest, that quickly subsided for probably the first two or three nights after beginning to use this product, and afterward I experienced only the benefits. I wouldn’t let this deter you from experiencing the benefits of this supplement since that side effect was very short-lived, at least in my own experience. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have an over abundance of mucus, and definitely if you suffer from anxiety that is linked to shortness of breath.
