Will this product break a fast ?

Yessss.. I been using the product before I work out and the days that I’m fasting it help a lot with my appetite.. I definitely recommend it if your fasting

I just get one of this but consistency its too lumpy is this the way it should be? I was thinking it’ll be like a fine loose powder
