Did the same for the last one so maybe it just takes a long while and my first was a dud. Edit: New one worked for three weeks before the fountain part stopped working.

Works well, developed a pump noise.
It's visually appealing and a great idea to have a combination water fountain and LED candle in one. However, the pump started making a loud humming noise which was distracting to me. It's the same type of noise that sometimes develops with aquarium pumps. I'd have rated 5 stars otherwise.

Amazing price,Amazing Quality
Just got yesterday but I feel I've got a good quality product. I've looked for water falls for a long time and could not find one I've liked, now that I've seen these I think I like them better then the traditional water fall. The lights are perfectly bright. The water covers the sound of the pump and there is a low water shut off feature which is amazing. Thank you and please consider coming out with more colors. I will definitely be buying more.

Sadly, it did not work
The fountain wouldn't work & it could only hold a charge for about a minute.

It was not what I wanted
I didn't plug it in so have no comment about function. The were two things I didn't like about the candle: 1 - it was only 6 1/2 inches tall 2 - it had to be recharged at USB port, not plugged in regular electrical outlet It says that in their description, but I didn't read it carefully.
