The formula was updated to exclude some of the more dangerous ingredients (parabens). They are now: Water, Isobutane, VP/Methacrylamide/Vinyl Imidazole Coplymer, Polyquatenium-46, Propane, Laureth-3, Phenoxyethanol, Ceteareth-25, Cocotrimonium Methosulfate, Disodium Edta, Fragrance, Ethylhexylglycerin, Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil. I used to use the old formula but stopped due to the particularly dangerous parabens. Not saying this is the greenest of the green, but it works phenomenally for my super curly hair.

Does this have sulfate or any damaging ingredients? (An ingredient list wont help, i wint know what any of it is)

Methosulfate is often used in baby shampoo to detangle. It is found in this product also, possibly for the same purpose. I would not consider it harmful. It is also in the Frizz Ease line of shampoo and the shampoo does not create a lot of suds to rinse out. From what I have read, harmful sulfates are used to create suds.
