As advertised but disappointed that the vibrating backrest can't be fixed lick in some of their other product with a strap

Beautiful but poor quality
It looks really good. But that's it. Chair started braking in a month after assembling. It is advertised as a chair for tall / heavy people, but can't even be used by average height/weight person.And return is impossible as the buyer has to pay for it which is expensive. Plus you can't really disassemble the main mechanism.Tried to rich to the seller - but he didn't answer.
