What comes with the development kit in addition to the Orin board?

It's the development board in a case (orin module on development carrier). And it comes with a power supply and a USB A to USB C cable. Ubuntu is pre-installed and you can install a current version of jetpack following the getting started tutorial on the NVIDIA website.

Will an updated version of this developer kit be released with 64gb of ram once the 64gb module is released later this year?

When the new specification is released, its hardware facilities will be updated, but it does not rule out that the old version can also be used, so you can buy it with confidence, thank you

I cannot change the number of quantities: Should I order only one per each purchase?

I will say yes. Order one per purchase. Unless you want to buy from the resellers charging 30-50% premiums. If you are buying more than 1 that is a lot of money to throw down the drain. I waited a couple of weeks for mine as Amazon didn't have the supply available. I prefer to wait.
