I was hesistant to try because I have only used Braggs, but it hasn't been easy to find so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Just as good AND I got more bang for my buck. I got more for less money and I don't taste 1 difference.

This stuff is wonderful. Full all the B vitamins especially B12, which is hard to get it has a wonderfully cheesy taste to it so it’s great topped on garlic bread, popcorn your kids will not know that they’re getting all of the vitamin B’s. They need while enjoying their popcorn.

Tasty, and a better deal than I get at any of the local grocery stores. Lasts a few months in my house and no loss of flavor or color in that time.

So far so good. Using the yeast flakes to augment healthy changes in my diet. They are easy to use and bring a lot of flavor to the dish.

I buy this all the time, mostly for the cats. I sprinkle it on the dry catfood for both the indoor and outdoor cats, and the first thing they do, is to lick it all off of the top layer!! They truly love it. I also add it to my vegan spaghetti, made with crumbled firm tofu. I once accidentally added too much to my spaghetti, so that this became like an ingredient instead of a topping, and wow, it made the spaghetti so much better!!! Somehow it seemed to combine with the tofu and tomatoey spaghetti sauce to make a flavor very much like cheese, and it was so good that I actually dreamt about it!!! Also, whenever I use this, I do get an energy burst from it. This stuff is easy to add to food as a topping, and I'm interested in using it as an ingredient, especially for vegan cheese balls for appetizers, etc. Highly recommend!!

a little spoonfull in the morning and that sure helps make it a great day. i just stir in a small glass of water becaue the sliht grittiness doesn't bother me... and i find the taste so interesting still, after a month. the benefits i feel are great. Thanks to even just the natural B1.. no more getting up to pee at 3am... and this allows me to sleep throughout the night. therre's a wierd connection it seems with b1, some walnut thing in your brain needing it, and then your bladder starts to behave. i'm hooked, and thankful for the quality and the fair price. zzzzzzzzz

This is a really lovely product. I've used it a couple of times and not been disappointed by its great flavour.

I had high hopes as the other reviews are high. Unfortunately this tastes like bleach! If yoy gave eaten the Bosh! Brand yeast you know what good quality yeasts taste like, this stuff is nothing like it and does not have any kind of cheese taste. Really poor.

Well worth the money as our independent review from others proved to be an accurate allinement with our own thoughts. Good product worth the money.

I have never tried nutritional yeast before. When I first opened the package I and my daughter was like 'stink' but I was going to at least try it. I made some popcorn and put some on. Hoping that it tasted better than it smelled. I tasted the popcorn. I was hooked and so were my girls. I sauteed onions and veggies added pasta and after heat was off I added nutritional yeast. Everybody loved it! I was trying to increase my b12 and after adding this to my diet my b12 is now normal. As a mom it is great when we can give our kids health food they love to eat. I ran out of Anthony's nutritional yeast and went to the health store to buy. In bulk they had another brand 1 pound for $10. I bought a little to try after they said it would taste no different than any other brand or in a sealed container. My kids refused to eat that stuff said it was nasty. I agree this yeast had more flavor and seemed fresh. My two problem with this yeast is that we go through it way too fast and it becomes too costly. I recommend this product.
