Bought to replace one that had not appeared from a scam company! This company were so easy to purchase from. Delivery time was as stated. They are a Xmas gift for someone but I did turn them on just to check. Seemed absolutely fine and nice, sleek looking straightners. Cannot comment on how they work on hair as not for me. I didn’t give 5 stars as the box was a little ripped at one end which isn’t quite so nice when giving as a gift. This may have been the fault of the Amazon delivery company which on my last 2/3 deliveries have not followed the delivery instructions. This item was left in front of a neighbour’s garage out on the driveway not by mine which is hidden from view in a carport as instructed! They did not knock as I was in at the time! But the purchase of this item from this company was great.

I expected better quality
I bought it a week ago and am using it for the first time today. After unpacking and inspecting it, I've noticed that the workmanship isn't of the highest quality, and there are some design flaws. The cord is too short. When I run the straightener through my hair, I can feel it catching on my hair.

Protoddo non adatto al mercato italiano
Il prodotto e' dotato di spina britannica, e quindi puo' essere utilizzato solo nel Regno Unito o in Irlanda. Certo, si puo' sempre cambiare la spina, ma quando compro qualcosa su Amazon mi aspetto che sia gia' adatta al nostro mercato. Sicuramente esistono modelli con spina a due poli per il resto d'Europa, ma questo non e' uno di quelli.
