This cap totally brought my deep conditioning routine to a higher level. It's super easy to use! You just pop it in the microwave in increments and it stays warm for a good 20 minutes but my trick is to wrap a towel around my head! Just like how you'd normally do it if you just got out the shower and your hair is still wet. This keeps the warmth in and had the added bonus of making the tighter so if you have a small head like me, it's perfect since your whole head gets an even heating. Using this makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE! My hair is much, MUCH softer/silkier/shinier if I use this with a deep conditioning treatment. I usually mix my deep conditioner of choice with some argan oil and re-microwave this a few times until it's been 2 hours. My hair looks way better now and thanks me for it. So happy I bought this!

I've purchased several of these caps. I love them.. very sturdy and woeth the money. They do a great job with conditioning the hair. Highly worth the money.

The product I received is well-constructed. It feels comfortable on. With my microwave, I have to use the full two minutes doing it in bursts of 30 seconds on medium heat. Seems to help increase absorption of the hair masks that I'm using. Two downsides, but I knew these would be possibilities before buying: doesn't stay really warm for more than 15 minutes or so and even though I wear a disposable shower cap, some moisture still gets on the inside of the heat cap. It would be nice to be able to submerge the cap to wash it rather than just wiping it off. Maybe if they make a 2.0 model, make it so you fit a washable cover over a removable heatable core with the flaxseed in it. I chose the flaxseed cap over the gel varieties because of ratings and what I believe to be the least likelihood of product defects or hot spots.

I love this heated cap. It’s a bit heavy, but not overbearing. I’ve worn it for hours and wasn’t in any remote kind of pain. I heat mine for 2 mins and immediately put it on. It’s lasts for about 20 min but when I take the cap off, my head is still very much so warm. This is a great alternative to massive cap dryers, which I don’t have the time or space for. You can’t please everyone, but this works great for me. So what it doesn’t last 30 min, I may have to reheat it two times to last longer, still better than sitting under a dryer for 2 hours, I’m still able to get things done and move around while it’s working. Great buy!

2 minutes gets really hot. Once you find your sweet spot it works great. I could get 20 maybe 30 mins out of each sitting, not bad for my 1hr deep condition. Game changer for my hair after 1 use.

so i wanted to give this 5 stars because it does what it says and the purple color is poppin'. unfortunately i have 2 issues that prevent it. 1) i put it in the microwave for 1 min = 1st time 30 seconds, not warm enough + 2nd time 30 seconds, felt good. 1 min into wearing it, the center circle got Really hot on my crown! the rest of the cap was perfectly warm, but that center circle dang near burned like a new perm. imma have to do some work to find the temp for the circle to match the sides in perfect harmony. 2) it's tight. and i don't have a whole lotta thick hair. maybe i got a big head and am in denial? i guess. just wish it had a little more give. with all that said, i'm keeping it. it will loosen with time and with a little bit of annoying back and forth, i'll find the balance of heat needed. outside of those 2 things it worked like a charm and was budget friendly!

I like that this cap came with instructions bc I never used one of these before and wasn’t sure how it worked but I wanted one bc I heard a lot of good benefits from using this, it does have weight to it but it’s not too heavy to the point where it’s uncomfortable to wear I love this cap a lot if you’re sensitive about having weighted stuff on your head then don’t buy bc this ain’t for you

I really liked this product. It’s well-made, feels durable, and does exactly what it promises. I’ve been using it for a while now and I’m very satisfied with its performance and design. I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something that looks good and works well. The only thing I noticed (and this is just a personal detail) is that it felt a bit heavy on my head after wearing it for a while. Also, since I have a slightly larger head, it felt a little tight. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have a similar head size or are sensitive to weight.
