These work so good! I used them after a surgery and they helped keep the swelling down and with the bruising. So easy to take, just put under your tongue until dissolved.

Arnica a lifesaver
I had a lot of bruising on my hands and I use this often. Used over 25 years and I’ve had no side effects.. I placed them underneath my tongue so they will dissolve and then I drink water. The Arnica product line is terrific and I buy other items from them.

I bruise easily. This works great. Helps the healing, sometimes I start taking it as soon as I hit/knock myself against something. It’s like “oh no, I know that is gonna give me a bruise 🤣”. I purchased this product in hopes of reducing the bruising experience with certain facial procedures. I’m happy to report that if I take these a few days prior, I experience minimal bruising. I’ve learned that I can continue to take them a couple days after to reduce the bruising even more
