No. It only keeps a running total. You might want to look at ASIN:B00KYW0H5M (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KYW0H5M). It's the same meter with a pulse output to an LCD Pulse Reader. You can reset the LCD unit.

What is the minimum water psi or Gpm flow rate needed to operate this meter?

I operate mine at zero PSI. My well pump pumps to an atmospheric tank and therefore no pressure on the line. 3 GPM is the rate of pumping. 233,000 gallons pumped so far, no problems.

These meters measure water flow in gallons per minute. I am very happy with these meters. They are very heavy duty. I keep my hose-end model hooked up all the time and am planning on installing my 1 1/2" in my pump house as a permanent whole system meter. Don't hesitate to purchase these plastic models. They are much less expensive than the brass meters and they are very sturdy.
