How many grams of Creatine per serving?

the response I saw said 5 grams but the whole blend is less than 5 grams so it has to be less. Why don't they give an actual breakdown how much of everything is in it instead of just saying a blend? it make it to hard to evaluate if you are getting the percentages needed.

How much caffeine is in this compared to psychotic gold?

BLACK contains 200mg and GOLD contains 325mg.
