These are a beautiful color. They make me feel less hungry. I was getting this product from nugenix thermo, and this is WAY more affordable, but the quality is just as good. I weighed the capsules as I do all supplements and they contain the correct amount.My consensus is that if you are even considering this product then you should buy it. This is a good one. But I think the 400mg per pill is to strong and some days I feel dizzy or headache. I was taking the pill right after my breakfast and after theses symptoms I tried during my lunch time, I think worked better for me.
