The story follows the Bear family as they prepare for graduation, explaining that graduation celebrates everything you've learned in school and accomplished (in this case in that one school year), wearing the cap and gowns, accepting their diplomas, and the feelings of the adults. Gran cries because she's so proud but also sad they are growing up, which is exactly how I felt at my daughter's graduation this year, so it's relatable to both kids and adults. The illustrations are very colorful and the text is the perfect length to hold a child age 3-5's attention. I read it to her class before graduation and they enjoyed it. Another relatable Bernstain Bears story that discusses a life lesson and opens up a conversation between child and adult. We love all of these books!

My 5 year old is a huge Berenstain Bears fan just as I was as a child and I was so excited to find this newer story as a gift for her Pre-K graduation. Great gift for Kindergarteners and PreK.
My grandsons graduated in May. One grandson from preK and one from Kindergarten. It added a special touch to their gift bags I made for them

Adorable book! Definitely a keeper!
Really cute book, but you can't really go wrong with the Berenstain Bears, can you? I actually bought this for when my daughter "graduated" from preschool. It's a cute book that talks about how the cubs graduate from one class to another. It's definitely a cute one to add to the collection. What I like most about the books that they didn't use to do before is that the pages are so much thicker than they used to be. They feel more like quality books than the ones that we have from many years ago.
