This is pretty much a run-of-the-mill kind of soap. The scent is very mild but pleasant. It doesn't leave any residue on my skin after rinsing and cleanses well. It doesn't lather as well as some other soaps, but that's not really important. This bar of soap is a bit on the small side for the price. I don't really think there's anything special about it to justify the price. I cannot speak to the other claims about the soap, since I didn't notice any of those effects.

The color gradation of the bar is not as dramatic as shown in the product photos. The packaging shows citrus, but the fragrance is basically undetectable. It just smells soapy, with maybe a hint of tangerine? But honestly, I can't tell if I actually smell tangerine, or if that's just what I expect to smell based on the graphics and the color of the bar. Regardless the fragrance is very mild and doesn't linger. It's not unpleasant or anything, it's just not something you would buy for the fragrance. The ingredients list does not include fragrance but does list "spices". The soap works fine, with abundant, long-lasting lather. I wouldn't call this moisturizing, but it didn't dry my skin out either. I didn't notice any particular whitening, brightening, anti-freckle, or other effects that are listed on the package. The package includes a mesh soap saver bag. The soap is made in China, which I was not expecting since the packaging is in English and what I'm assuming is Arabic. Basically it's an ordinary soap bar. At the current price of $11.98 for a 3.5 oz. bar, it is not a good value.
