I hated my old hot running halogen light, was time to try one of these LED flood lights. There are so many out there. I didn't want to spend more than $40. This one had good reviews. It's a little bit bigger than my old 500w halogen, height wise. On my first usage, I was up in my attic in a tight area (not a place for the 500w HOT halogen) this light was a foot away and only got luke warm. Very good quality, well made not cheap feeling in any way. Dont look directly into one of these..it will take you a good 10 mins to recover..LOL haven't used it outdoors as of yet. I feel it lights a better area than the old 500W halogen. Now to find some kind of stand for this thing for working on my car.

Our local electric company charges $35.00 and up per month to RENT a security light. REALLY? When you can buy one that only cost pennies a month and puts out 3 times what Mr. Electric Company light puts out, A wise person would Jump at the chance to have peace of mind and safety, not to mention, Crooks HATE to be seen is a well illuminated area doing their dirty deeds. Safe light at a thrifty cost sells it self. This is the Best quality light you can get and ships to your door in record time! Always have a certified Electrician, or a knowledgeable person install it. almost as bright as a baseball stadium! :)

Okay, it's not quite that bright, but it is bright. I use it to provide light for indoor projects such as painting rooms or installing ceiling fans. It provides a great amount of clean white light. I've not used it yet in outdoor situations but I can see it would be very effective at lighting outside projects or activities. Just be careful to not accidentally look directly into the light (which can be hard if you're using it to light up inside projects). You'll have your retinas fried for a few minutes.

Well built, quite luminous for the lumens specified, though exact lumens cannot be measured. The mounting bracket is quite thin gauge material and tends to bend, if you try to adjust the angle on throw for the light, after mounting. They are best to be mounted and left alone.The length of the wire is very short 12" to offer any flexibility during wiring, suggested that it be at least 18" long.Overall serves the purpose of a brightly lit garage and to encourage energy savings (193 watts total compared to 600W Halogen bulbs), though in terms of overall lumens it cannot replace a 300W Halogen bulb, which is nearly 5000 lumens of a R7S.Since I also have an extended workshop in the garage and need more lumens, I have 2 of these plus a GT-Lite 500W Equivalent Daylight High Lumen (10,000 lumens) LED Light Bulb to make it really bright, so still a consumption of 300W total compared to 600W from two R7S earlier.

Excellent garage & shop light! It's like mid-day at night!Super bright!I just received one and like it so much I'm ordering another now.Bolted it up to my garage ceiling today, and I'm thrilled that it lights up the garage like it's daytime.No more crawling around with a flashlight or drop cord under the car or under the hood.Better than my old 500w (super hot, and not in any good way) halogen work light that blew the bulb, but it's not worth replacing the bulb.This included the 3 prong cord, about 3 ft long, with a fairly heavy duty in-line toggle switch.

I bought this light to light up back yard when my Boxer goes out at night. It's very bright, just what I was looking for. I have not used the motion detector. I really like using the remote that comes with it. It was very easy to install.

I thought my first one burned out after 3 + yrs, but the extension cord was unplugged so I bought again. This light is amazing and lights up a very large area. Who knows when I will start using as the first one is still going strong.

The Glorious Light LED 100W flood light is really bright and the steel casing appears to be very sturdy and well made. I'll use this light for projects or when we want to hang outside at night. I suppose you could install it somewhere, but the power switch is on the cord so I don't think I'd trust it out in the rain even though it says weather proof. The power cord isn't very long, so it would need to be used near an outlet unless you trust using a heavy duty extension cord. This light does not have motion detection, but if you're looking for a sturdy and bright light that is mobile, I would recommend this one.
