Can this be used to control an airplane or wing?

This flight controller can be used on airplane or wing. But some setup is required. First, flash the inav firmware, select the corresponding model for the aircraft, and weld to the corresponding solder joints, motors and servos according to the page display. There are 8 signal points s1-8 on the flight controller that can be used. Then calibrate the direction of the aircraft and check whether the channel corresponds to it. This is the approximate setup process, if you have more questions, please consult speedybee customer service.

Help, i've been trying to wire this for a week with a ibus receiver . where are the uart connections ? can someone post a picture or a link to a pic

I would do yourself a huge favor and look up on UTube - how to wire any flight controller by Joshua bardwell. It will walk you through every step on how to.

Is this f7 v3 stack inav supported (has inav flash firmware available), can it connect to a flow sensor/lidar and gps with compass module.

Yes there is support on INAV for speedybee f7 v3, it came out few months ago, inav 5.1

why is this nearly double the cost of buying it from speedybee?

Thanks for your question. This is an F7 fc stack, you may mistake it for an F4 fc stack. We are also speedybee's own official store on Amazon, and the price is similar to speedybee's official website. Please rest assured to buy.
