What are the measurements for the size 28?

Are you referring to waist that us 28 inches around or the length of the slacks?

How long do they last?

The jeans I purchased a number of months ago are wearing well. No issues with washing or with any tears.

What’s the length on the 32 waist?

It's like a 29 - 30 length jeans the reason I write 29 - 30 is because it's stretchable.

Is the waist or waistband itself stretchy also--in addition to the fabric for the rest of the pants?

Yes it is. I have these jeans in almost every color and found that the black ones have a LOT more stretch in them compared to all the other colors
