This 40 mg strength is the minimum effective daily dose for me. I don't know why so many PQQ supplements are 20 mg or low count per bottle. I like the convenience of a therapeutic strength in one capsule with a good count in the bottle for something that I take every day. Otherwise, I feel like I'm paying for a lot of packaging. I have found that PQQ when paired with berberine makes a synergistic combination that is very effective for some types of joint problems.

This is a review after my second re-order. I have been using PQQ for about six months.. It took about four weeks into the first order for me to notice improvements in overall energy - many studies report a longer onset time. I like this product and will continue to purchase.

Was skeptical at first as I have never tried this particular brand of supplement, but so far it has worked amazing. I love that it comes in a higher strength capsule compared to some competitors and it provided a significant boost in energy! Capsules are small and easy to take and are definitely a good value through this brand.

Dr Quin Stillson recommends this. It really works by feeding your mitochondria which gives you more energy. It’s not a stimulant. I am a pharmacist, 76 years old, I have had two heart attacks and my ejection fraction is 30 percent, normal is 50 to 70. I workout 5 to 6 hours a week and a couple of weeks after starting this my workouts improved significantly.

I'm not sure if I'm actually producing more mitochondria. I might have a little more energy, could be placebo. I am also taking it with 300mg coq10. I do know I am getting deeper sleep and have started having wild, weird, and/or crazy dreams every time I fall asleep. Normally I feel refreshed after a few hours of sleep since taking this. It doesn't seem to make me drowsy or keep me awake during normal waking hours. Update: After a taking this for several months along with the coq10, I do feel as though I have more energy and need less sleep. I will continue to update in the future.

I use this for mental acuity and muscle retention with NAC, as recommended by a 93 year old man trying to live long enough to finish raising his orphaned great-granddaughter. He and his 90 yr old wife were her last living relatives. I think he's going to make it! So I added these two suppliments because I was not enjoying memory loss and weak muscles. I'm in my mid-70's and it works pretty wel!. I started my first garden this year...digging, composting, building mounds and barriers, and DIGGING! Got lots of tuff growing.😃 Also, I recently had foot surgery and it healed nicely, but my podiatrist was amazed! He said he had NEVER seen a foot heal this fast! So, i will keep taking this combo untilI can't.
