Good customer service.
Received a defective item that did not cut through. Guess I got a bad one so I contacted customer service for return and ask for a replacement . Replacement came 2 days after and it's really good and in perfect condition. Impressed with how customer service took action on my complaint.Cuts really nice and easy. First 2 pictures are what I made using the replacement and the 3rd pic was cut using the defective one that I returned.

Was excited about these die cuts until I used them and discovered that certain areas of the dies didn’t cut well even if run though the machine multiple times.

i will be sending because a small area will not cut thru. and i can't cut it out. i ran it thru twice and with wax-paper. i did like the design. jenna
