I had terrible itchy heat rash, and all that scratching caused more redness and bumps (yes, bad, I know, but couldn't help it). The Benadryl gel has helped tremendously with that. I also wanted to try a soap that has anti-inflammatory properties whilst being gentle and moisturising to the skin. This fit the bill and so glad I tried it! The combination of using this soap and the Benadryl gel has made all the redness and bumps disappear. I also have keratosis pilaris for years. This soap seem to have helped that too, which is amazing.

Good quality

It doesn't have harsh chemicals. So better than most soaps out there. Though its very alkaline(ph is 7-8 or 9 I guess) and can dry skin in long term use. But its ok for heavy oily skins types. Its also good in price also. So fine but don't us on face so much as it dries the skin.
