This is a convenient, reliable and high-quality device.

Works well for mixing protein powder into any liquid. But I have to knock it down a star because sometimes, I press the mixer button at the base without the transparent plastic top attached (tested it for fun while maintaining safety), and the blade motor would spin about 1 time out of 10 times the mixer button is pressed, which would pose a serious safety issue when in the wrong hands. This product claims its blade won't turn on without its transparent plastic top attached, which is not 100% true. Use at your own risk, be as safe as you can.

I followed all instructions, lined up the arrow to the power button, watched YouTube videos - doesn't work. The blue lights show that it's fully charged, but the motor never runs the blades. I was very hopeful as this sounds like a great blender. Did I just get a lemon? Update: I had let this blender sit without using it for a while. Then I read the reviews. Sounds like this blender is a product of planned obsolescence. Cheap crap. I'm going with a well-known name brand with a good reputation.

Initially, the product didn't work after charging it over night. I decided to try a different charging block and it immediately lit up. Something that it hadn't done with my other charging block. My first review gave this product a 1 but I wanted to update it to be fair to the seller. Especially since the 1st review never posted. If you use frozen strawberries for smoothies, I would recommend letting them thaw a little bit. If you using a combination of fresh fruit fruit, add the fresh fruit, first. You can play around with the amount of liquid recommended based on the type of fruit. I was able to use my walnuts by adding them after my banana. All in all, it's a decent product. I wouldn't recommend it for daily use but it's a great substitute if you have a tight budget and catch it on sale.

I like this blender so much to the point i can't live without it. It blends well like what it described. I just don't like the size. Too small. All in all still good.
