Works great
Currently using it to remove water hammer from my washing machine. It's been 2 months. If it does ever fail it comes right off the bib. Great product

Sooo worth it! Helps banging, knocking pipes
After buying a new, stackable washer and dryer, my basement pipes were knocking so loud and shaking the house. I googled and found these may help. Buy two (one for hot and one for cold). They have worked so well and I do not notice any knocking noise any longer.

Great Product!
Works great!!! Noise level dropped way down! Canโt really hear it anymore! Not sure how long it will last? But very happy with it for now.

Does not last more than a few years.
Donโt expect this to solve the hammer problem for much beyond 2 years. I bought the pair of them and the Cold line arrester went bad after a bit over a year. So in December of 2023 I bought another one. Itโs March 2026 and the cold line hammer is back. These new machines do cold rinse and that line gets the most work. So Iโm going to try another brand. Hopefully itโs last longer.

These dont last forever... but when they work, they get rid of alot of the water hammer...
Every LG washer I have used has fast open/shut valves that are infamous for causing water hammer. These definately help and generally last a long time, but aren't a solution forever... I generally get 5-10 years out of them. How do you know they have failed, well the water hammer comes back. but you'll probably need to swap them out 2x for the appliance life, atleast in my family of 4 abuse.

Well worth it to stop noisy pipes with sprinkler timer.
I've used this for 2 seasons now and it has eliminated the pipes banging when my sprinkler timer would shut off. Without this, the pipes would bang so loud it would wake the entire household. Now, the taps shut off and you don't even notice! I hope it lasts for a long time.

Donโt but in UK its mot 3/4 โ BSP
Do not buy if you live in the UK this does not fit 3/4 BSP washing machine connections. Amazon should not promote this item in the UK. It is also shipped from the USA
