How much isolation do these have?

if you are looking for a good isolation you need to change brand. final isn't the best. better are shure designed for in ear monitoring.

Do these have a microphone and an external volume and track control?

The E3000 does not have a mic. The E3000c does have a mic with call answer and track control, but no reference is made for volume control.

Anyone tried these while sleeping on your side? Listed online as good sleepers. If not, any suggestions?

Depends on the shape of your ears. I have slept on em accidentally. They’re not that small so they stick out a bit, so won’t be that comfortable. If you wanna sleep in one, probably look for smaller buds.
