I cleared some timber in December and worked the ground a couple times this spring. I broadcast the seed and got a heavy rain with in hours. 10 days later everything sprouted and it is growing great. I am very happy with this product

I planted this product in Kentucky right before a major rain. The area was heavily fertilized and limed before hand. I planted this product with biologic sugar beats and man this plot was a winner. I had deer pounding it from October through January. The sugar beats and turnips were the size of softballs. The oats were up to my knees. Great product for a decent price. When I planted this product we made sure we had a well prepared seed bed. We just top seeded the plot with a hand spreader and went over it one time lightly with a disc. It came up immediately within a week.

Laid some of this plot around my back yard and within days it was like I was back in the wild. The deer just kept coming. Very satisfied
