Are they peel and stick?

Supposd to be peel stick but will not stay,,always have to tape for security,,,,then banks reject and peel off anyway. I like to use them anyway so cash drawers are easy to count !

is this for 100 bills?

Ideally a $5,000 band will be holding 100 Fifty ($50) dollar bills, totaling Five Thousand Dollars!

There are 100 strips in a pack.
