Hi is there any difference between the two models?

The upgraded version has larger contact surface and faster warm function.

Ive just got and i keep accidentally switching it off.. is there any way to lock in program.

Hi, only when long press power button you could turn it off, if short press power button, it will turn to next mode by lowest strength, you have to press"+" button to increase strength then you could feel it's working.

Has anyone tried this to firm up the skin on inner thighs? I'm losing weight but now having trouble with toning this area so looking into other method

Please apply some conductive gel or lotion or oil when you are using, move circle around on your inner thighs, please don't put it still on one place, remember to move it circle around on your skin is important, by the way, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us through message center, thanks
