What are the dimesions of this Tactical Tanto Machete ?

Overall length is 19 1/4 in. Length of blade is 12 7/8 in. Length of handle is 6 1/2 in. Blade 1/8 in thick and 1 5/8 in wide tapering to 1 1/4 in at point break.

I looked at mine and couldn’t tell, so I went to the Cold Steel website and it states in my interpretation that it is full tang.

Does this machete come with same sheath with the belt loop and the shoulder strap as shown?

Mine only came with a belt loop, no shoulder strap. I bought the katana and the wakizashi Cold Steel machetes, too. They only one that came with a shoulder strap was the katana. The wakizashi has a short piece of paracord in a loop under the strap that holds the machete in the sheath but no belt loop. They're all really wonderful machetes and you can always alter the sheath and add a shoulder strap or whatever suits you but, yeah, it's kind of annoying that they don't match the pic. The pictured sheath is for the katana.

can the handle and guard be removed?

Not that I'm aware of, but I haven't tried. The handle is injection molded, so removing the handle would most likely destroy it
